The Dairy Project’s AI trainings empower unemployed, rural youth to become trained Artificial Insemination Technicians (AITs) for dairy breed improvement. The Dairy Project Chief of Party, Jack Moser, attended the ceremony and distributed 44 motorbikes to successful AITs. These motorbikes will help them provide breed improvement services in remote rural communities thereby expanding their business, increasing milk yield and improving farmer incomes.
